Dance and Music

Within the tango music, dance and poetry are indissoluble united.

The elegant, sensual tango became its form partly inspired on the different European dance forms like the waltz, the polka and the mazurka.

Tango is based on improvisation, and dance with life music.

That's one of the reasons that it is exciting, tense and adventurous for both the dancers and the audience.

With every formation in which Kay Sleking performs, it is possible for the audience to dance. Complete tango shows can be provided for, but the audience itself can also come to the dance floor.

Dance workshops can be organised on request.
