Tango is music, dance and poetry, originated at the banks of the river Rio de la Plata in Argentina and Uruguay, South America.
In the due of time the original sound joined in with classical music and jazz, but still the melancholical character of Tango has always been kept.

Guitar and Tango go along together, almost from the very beginning of development of this special kind of music. Guitarist Kay Sleking plays Tango in its purest form. Which he plays as well as a soloist, and as a performer in ensembles. He plays in café-chantants and in the smaller, more intimate theatres, as well as at private party's.
